Great shop. They’re willing and able to tell you exactly what parts will be used and order something different if you prefer. No attempts to oversell or suggest unnecessary work. Highly recommend as an alternative to dealership prices and sales tactics.

Early in the morning I hit a pot hole and blew out two tires. AAA towed me to Marshall’s and without hesitation they took my car in and replaced 4 tires before the end of the day. I had never been there before and was treated as if I had been going there for 30 years. Excellent and can’t say enough. Thank you

Took the Audi in for a scheduled oil change. They always do a few check of all important areas and found that the pH of 2 critical fluids was dangerously acidic so I had them do that too.
I've been using them for years and really trust therm.

My heater core needed to be replaced in my jeep and the shop i have used for the last 15 years would not replace them anymore. I called a few other places that also quit replacing heater cores because of the intensity of the labor, so called up Marshall's to ask where I might find someone to do that job ( I have not been a customer of Marshall's before), in which, they said "we can do that". ...
Boy- you talk about kind and skilled people! Personable, comprehensive- they went over and explained the bill to me, and I never felt like they were just trying to get me out of the way for the next customer. Big reccomendation from me of these people!
God bless your shop!...A sweet little place right there in Elkins-
I HAVE HEAT AND DEFROST NOW - right in the dead of winter too!
